Doug Roche

Doug Roche is an experienced professional in product management and UX strategy, currently serving as the Head of Product at Vanguard since November 2018. Prior roles at Vanguard include Senior Product Manager, Senior Product Strategist, and UX Strategist. Prior to joining Vanguard, Doug Roche worked at Monetate, Inc. from November 2013 to November 2018, holding positions such as Product Design Manager, Senior UX Designer, and UX Designer. Doug Roche holds a Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science from UCLA.
