Adrian Rippin

Adrian Rippin currently serves as an Operations Delivery Manager at Hastings Direct since September 2023. Prior experience includes a long tenure at Vanquis Bank from April 2013, where Adrian held various roles including Strategy Implementation Manager, Strategy Delivery Lead, Operations Manager, Floor Manager, Customer Service Team Manager, and Team Leader. Earlier experience at eon energy from March 2008 to April 2013 as a Team Manager complements Adrian's extensive background in operations and strategy. Adrian holds a Bachelor of Arts in English & Politics from The Manchester Metropolitan University, completed between 1996 and 1999, and has educational foundations from The Ridge Danyers College and Glossopdale Community College.
