Paul Blackmore

Paul Blackmore has extensive experience in financial crime risk and compliance, currently serving as a Senior Financial Crime Risk Manager at Vanquis Banking Group since September 2022. Prior to this role, Paul worked at the Post Office from January 2013 to October 2022, where positions included Senior Compliance and Financial Crime Manager and Financial Crime Manager. Earlier experience includes roles at Worldpay as Manager of Fraud & Credit Systems and MI and as a Fraud & Credit Analyst, as well as a Customer Advisor at NatWest Group from November 2002 to October 2010. Paul holds an International Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance and an Advanced Certificate in Anti Money Laundering from the International Compliance Association, along with a Diploma in Security Management from The Security Institute.
