Pablo Arreche

Pablo Arreche is an experienced Engineering Manager with a strong background in leading interdisciplinary teams and overseeing talent acquisition and career development initiatives. Currently serving at Vanta and Howdy™, Arreche has successfully managed complex engineering projects, including platform migrations and telephony system transitions, while ensuring business continuity. Previous roles include engineering management positions at Houseful, OJO Labs, Workrise, and Hint Health, where Arreche implemented process optimizations and coordinated team efforts. Arreche's technical proficiency spans various technologies, and the educational foundation includes a degree in Systems Engineering and Software Architecture from Universidad ORT Uruguay. Additionally, Arreche has contributed to academia as a professor of Software Architecture.
