Ruchi Patel

Ruchi Patel, LNHA, is an experienced healthcare administrator with a robust background in long-term care management. Currently serving as the Administrator at Vantage Care, LLC since October 2023, Ruchi has held several prominent leadership positions, including Administrator and Center Executive Director at Genesis from December 2018 to October 2023, and Executive Director at Westside House of Worcester from March 2018 to December 2018. Ruchi's earlier roles include Administrator at Ellis Manor and Assistant Administrator at Wilton Meadows. Ruchi also has experience as an Administrator in Training at two different facilities and worked as a Legal Executive, handling contract negotiations and legal documentation.
