David Howson

As president of Vantage Data Centers’ EMEA business, David Howson spearheads the company’s growth across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, including market development, sales, construction and operations. A seasoned executive, Howson brings more than 30 years of experience navigating the international digital infrastructure landscape to his role at Vantage.

Prior to joining Vantage, Howson served as the inaugural chief operating officer at Congruex, a private equity-backed national end-to-end provider of digital network services. As COO, he led the integration of acquired entities into one operating model and delivered more than 15% organic revenue growth.

Earlier in his career, Howson was chief executive officer at Six Degrees Group, a private equity-driven managed service provider, where he developed and implemented the company’s business strategy and achieved EBITDA growth of 50% in three years. Howson previously held several executive-level positions at Zayo Group and Level 3 Communications (now Lumen Technologies).

Howson holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Oxford Brookes University in England.
