Shawn Blair

Shawn Blair serves as the President and CEO of VANTAGE Electrical Group® since December 2023, focusing on strategic evolution and customer experience. Prior to this role, Shawn held significant positions at Schneider Electric, including Executive Lead for US Service Partners, where strategic national partner programs were developed, and Vice President of Sales for Square D, leading sales efforts in the Eastern U.S. Earlier experiences at Belden Inc. included multiple vice presidential roles, managing significant sales and market strategies in utility and industrial solutions. Shawn's career began at Rockwell Automation, progressing from Channel Sales Engineer to Sales Team Leader. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Penn State University and an Executive Certificate in Financial Analysis from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
