Lynne Leblanc

Lynne LeBlanc has extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Lynne currently serves as the Director of Integrated Care at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Vantage Health Plan as the Director of Integrated Care starting in 2013.

Lynne LeBlanc has a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) with a specialization in Mental Health, which they obtained from Grambling State University. Lynne completed their Master's degree between 1992 and 1994. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Northeast Louisiana University between 1987 and 1991. In terms of additional certifications, Lynne LeBlanc is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Board Approved Clinical Supervisor, certified by the Louisiana Board of Social Work Examiners in 1996.
