Phillip Brooks

Phillip Brooks is an experienced corporate videographer and editor at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana, serving in the Strategic Communications Department since January 2011. Additionally, Phillip has been the Creative Director at PIB Productions, LLC, a full-service audio and video production company, since 2000, specializing in a wide range of services for businesses.
