Spencer Depew

Spencer DePew is a seasoned manufacturing engineer with extensive experience in process improvement and operational efficiency across various engineering roles. Currently serving as the Lead Manufacturing Engineer at VMI since March 2019, Spencer has successfully led a team in enhancing production processes and documentation. Prior to this, Spencer held positions at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles as a Powertrain Calibration Engineer and at Autocam, accumulating hands-on expertise in manufacturing and quality analysis. Earlier career stages included roles at Eaton Automotive, focusing on system revamping and process standardization, and founding High Tech Auto Repair, where entrepreneurial skills were honed. Spencer's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Automotive Engineering and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Automotive Technology from Brigham Young University - Idaho, as well as studies at Trine University.
