Dea Peyton

Dea commenced her career in Strata in 2016, quickly gaining experience with all types of buildings and owners, as well as exposure to the varied challenging and rewarding circumstances that the industry brings. Her commitment and passion led her to a leadership role in the organisation, managing high complexity buildings and a team of Strata Managers and support staff.

Following a short break at the end of 2021 to explore other career options, Dea returned to the industry to join the Vantage team in early 2024 where she was excited to be involved with Vantage’s different approach to Strata Management.

Dea believes that her relationship management, problem solving, and strong communication skills see her excel in her role, and she enjoys working alongside effective Committees to maintain and manage well-functioning buildings and Owners Corporations.

In her spare time Dea can be found cooking, baking, reading, or working on a new skill. She spends weekends camping, 4WDing, and exploring with her husband and their friends, when she isn’t at home gardening or on a Bunnings run to start a new home DIY project!
