Troy prides himself on his customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with people from all walks of life.

With decades of experience in the construction industry prior to joining Vantage Strata, Troy has the knowledge to be able to co-ordinate easily with Owners, Executive Committees, Strata Managers and Trades equally.

Troy’s has experience leading award-winning teams and enjoys the daily challenges that come with building management.

Outside of work Troy is a proud father of 3, a keen fisherman and you will find him on the sideline of his son’s football games every weekend.
