Adrian Grzybowski, PhD, currently serves as the Chief Science Officer and Co-founder of Stealth Mode Biotech since March 2024. Previously, Adrian held significant positions at Triplebar, where as Tech Lead for Antibody Engineering, oversight included immunomodulatory antibody discovery and AI-driven functional antibody discovery methods. In the role of Principal Scientist, Adrian focused on developing a platform for new medicines. As Group Leader in Antibody Engineering at Alamar Biosciences, Adrian supervised numerous antibody discovery campaigns and facilitated advancements in biophysical characterization. Adrian's early career included a postdoctoral fellowship at the Joint BioEnergy Institute, where noteworthy research led to a publication in Nature, and pivotal discoveries during a PhD research assistantship at the University of Chicago, including innovations in ChIP-seq methods. Educationally, Adrian holds a PhD in Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Chicago, alongside master's and bachelor's degrees in Biotechnology from Jagiellonian University.
