Dirk Zeiler

Dirk Zeiler is a seasoned professional in customer service and management with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Senior Expert in Customer Delivery Management at Vantage Towers since February 2022, Dirk Zeiler previously held various leadership roles at Verizon from September 2009 to November 2021, including Senior Manager in Client Service Management, where responsibilities included managing operational customer relationships in the DACH region. Prior to Verizon, Dirk Zeiler worked at MCI Deutschland GmbH as Supervisor of Retail Sales Service Management North and gained valuable experience in customer service and operations at companies such as MCI WorldCom Deutschland GmbH, ACC TELECOM, and Persona Service GmbH.
