Vladas Oleinikovas is a seasoned professional in computational chemistry with experience in various roles within the pharmaceutical industry and academia. Currently serving as the Director of Computational Chemistry at VantAI since March 2024, Oleinikovas previously held the position of Senior Scientist II at Monte Rosa Therapeutics, where the focus was on computational drug design and the development of AI/ML molecular glue platforms. Notably, Oleinikovas acted as the Head of Computer-Aided Drug Design (CADD) and led projects for the discovery of molecular glue degraders.
