Nick Bray CBE has extensive experience in defense, security, and innovation. Nick is currently the Director Defence and Security - EMEA at Vantiq since March 2023. Prior to that, they served as a member of the Board of Directors at Indigo Sails from January 2021. From October 2019, they were a part of the Senior Leadership Team at Universal Defence and Security Solutions, leading the technology and innovation efforts in Asia Pacific and Latin America. In 2017, they held a senior executive role in RAF Innovation, External Consultancy, and Strategy Organisation in the RAF Reserves. Bray also worked as part of the Aerospace, Defence, Sustainability, and Space Strategy team at PwC from December 2021 to March 2023. Nick served in various roles at SATAVIA, including Chief Strategy Officer, VP, Chief of Strategy and Defence Business Development, and Chief Business Development Officer (Defence & Security), from March 2020 to December 2021. Additionally, Bray worked as a Non-Executive Director at a high-technology drone and aviation start-up, where they played a key role in its development and scaling. Nick also served as the COO of ProtectBox Ltd, a cybersecurity comparison web-site and marketplace company, and as a Business Development and Strategy Consultant at SCC. Prior to that, Bray worked as a Senior Consultant leading a review to reorganize the UK Ministry of Defence.
