Lauren Billings

As Director of Operations for Vanto Group, Lauren Billings’ role is to ensure the smooth operations of Vanto Group’s business globally. Her primary accountabilities include contracting, managing processes and protocols, analysis and reporting, and working with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic business initiatives.

Lauren is passionate about taking Vanto Group’s business performance to the next level, so that they can do the same for their clients. Since joining Vanto Group in 2015, Lauren has played an instrumental role in laying the operational foundation for the company to achieve its revenue growth goals.

Prior to joining Vanto Group, Lauren was a Manager in Ernst & Young’s Transaction Advisory Services group, where she worked with corporate and private equity-owned clients to drive improvements to their business processes and support them in unlocking cash from their operations.

Lauren holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University.
