Elsa Thiessen

Elsa Thiessen is an experienced professional with a diverse background in retail management, administrative support, and financial sustainability. Currently serving as Store Manager at Vapor Ministries since October 2021, Elsa oversees store merchandising and supervises the retail team, while also conducting donation screenings and pricing in the accessory department. Prior to this role, Elsa developed fundraising strategies for AMAS Brasil to enhance financial sustainability and supported volunteer programs. Experience includes working as an Executive of Relationships at GRMS Consultoria e Treinamento, where responsibilities encompassed administrative and financial support, customer service, and training organization. Earlier positions include administrative roles at SGS and HOTEL 10, as well as receptionist positions at Bioflux Medical do Brasil Ltda and Centro Europeu. Elsa holds a Technical Degree in Hospitality from Dom Bosco and has further education from Centro Europeu.
