Michael Heide

Michael Heide is a Project Engineer at Vår Energi, specializing in commissioning Firewater, Escape & Safety Systems for the Balder Future Life Extension Project. Prior to this role, Michael has held various engineering positions at companies such as Equinor, BP, Shell, EnQuest, Eni Norge AS, Apache Corporation, Statoil, Marathon Oil Corporation, and AMEC. With a background in mechanical engineering, Michael has gained valuable experience in commissioning, process utilities, systems engineering, and completions across different projects and companies.
