Jeffery Turman

Jeffery Turman has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jeffery currently works as a Lead TPS Technician at Varda Space Industries since June 2023. Prior to that, from December 2022 to April 2023, they worked as a Production Supervisor at Virgin Orbit, leading a team of 10 multidisciplinary technicians. Jeffery also held the position of a Composites Supervisor at Hera Technologies, LLC from January 2022 to December 2022.

Before working in the aerospace industry, Jeffery had extensive experience at SpaceX, where they worked as a Lead Technician, Lead high temp composites technician, and High Temp Composites Technician from October 2013 to February 2022. Jeffery also worked as a Barista at Starbucks from November 2012 to September 2013.

In addition, Jeffery has previous experience at Ralphs Grocery Company as a Clerk from August 2009 to July 2011, Advanced Hearing Centers as an Office Manager from November 2008 to January 2009, and Obama for America as an Organizing Fellow from June 2008 to July 2008. Jeffery started their career at Ralphs Grocery Co. as a Cashier from February 2005 to June 2008 and also worked as a Sales Associate at Sport Chalet from July 2001 to August 2004.

Jeffery Turman received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History with a minor in Political Science from California State University-Dominguez Hills, completing their education from 2002 to 2007.
