John Baumgardner

John Baumgardner is a Managing Director and leads investment strategies in U.S. traded structured products. He was previously on the Global Real Estate and Mortgages team. Based in Minneapolis, he joined the firm in 2011. 

Prior to joining Värde, John was an analyst at Citi, where he provided mergers and acquisitions and other corporate finance advisory services.  

John received a B.B.A. in Finance from The University of Notre Dame.
