Reena Kumari

Reena Kumari has a range of work experience in the HR field. Reena has held positions at various companies including Vardhman Textiles, Vardhman Spinning Mills, Auro Dyeing, and Vardhman Textiles Ltd. Their roles have included HR Head Spinning Division at Vardhman Textiles, Head of HR & IR at Vardhman Spinning Mills, Head HR and IR at Auro Dyeing, and HR Generalist at Vardhman Textiles Ltd. Their work experience spans from 2005 to the present.

Reena Kumari has a diverse educational background and has pursued various degrees and certifications throughout their educational journey.

Reena completed their high school education at JNV Hamirpur from 1994 to 2000, where they obtained a degree in Science.

Reena then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mathematics from HPU Shimla, which they completed from 2000 to 2003.

In 2007-2008, Reena enrolled at ICDEOL Shimla and obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Labor Welfare (PGDPM & LW).

Later, from 2008 to 2010, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) from SCDL Pune.

Reena completed a Certified Course on Anti Sexual Harassment of Women at the Workplace from the Labour Laws Institute in September 2020. Reena also obtained various certifications from Skillsoft on topics such as Employee Retention, Women in Leadership, Stress Management, and Work/Life Balance. Additionally, they completed courses on Creative Problem Solving, Design Thinking for Innovation, and Giving Helpful Feedback from institutions such as Coursera and LinkedIn.
