Micah Redman

Micah Redman currently serves as President of Varec, Inc, a Leidos company, since January 2022. Prior to this role, Micah was the COO and Vice President of Sales at Team Drive-Away from June 2018 to June 2021. Micah's extensive experience in the energy sector also includes significant positions at Ferrellgas from 2005 to May 2017, where responsibilities included leading operations for the Blue Rhino subsidiary and managing strategic accounts, contributing to the organization recognized as the second-largest propane provider in the United States. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President for the Southeast Division at Ferrellgas where Micah managed performance for a division of 500 employees during an economic downturn and held P&L accountability. Micah's career began at Blue Rhino as a Region Manager from 2002 to 2005. Education includes a B.A. in Business Management from Sullivan University and further studies at Western Kentucky University.
