Mintcho Guentchev

Mintcho Guentchev, MBA, serves as the General Manager and previously as the Deputy General Manager of the Sofia Branch at Varengold Bank since March 2022. Prior experience includes roles at OTP Leasing, Bulgaria, where Mintcho was Team Leader Financial Analysis for Corporate Clients, responsible for reviewing and approving leasing proposals, and held positions as a Senior Financial Analyst and Financial Analyst. Earlier experience includes a Middle Officer position at Societe Generale Expressbank, as well as internships at EY and Allianz Group. Mintcho holds an MBA from COTRUGLI Business School and additional academic credentials from HEC Paris, VUZF University, and The National High School in Finance and Business.
