Ivy Davis has a diverse work experience in the HRIS field. Ivy started their career as a Human Resources Administrator/Accounting Assistant at Park City Transportation in 2008. From 2010 to 2013, Ivy worked as a Human Resource Generalist at Willis Towers Watson's OneExchange, where they served as the initial point of contact for employee HR matters and maintained the employee database.
In 2013, Ivy joined Overstock.com as a Workday Sr. HRIS Analyst and played a leading role in implementing various Workday modules such as HCM, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation, and Recruiting. Ivy also managed integrations between Workday and internal/external systems.

In 2019, Ivy joined Ancestry as a Workday Sr. HRIS Analyst. Their responsibilities included improving business process efficiencies, creating/enhancing integrations, security analysis, configuration, and training team members and business partners.
From 2020 to 2021, Ivy worked at FHI 360 as a Sr. Workday Analyst, where they specialized in US Payroll, Integrations, Security, and Talent Management. Ivy supported executive decision-making, optimized processes, and trained employees in industry best practices.
From 2021 to 2023, Ivy joined PLBY Group, Inc. as a Workday Systems Manager. In this role, they were responsible for the implementation and ongoing development of Workday for over 500 employees. Ivy provided strategic business solutions, built strong relationships with stakeholders, and collaborated with external vendors and project managers.

Ivy Davis ☁ holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, which was obtained from the University of Phoenix. Ivy completed their MBA program from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, Ivy also obtained a Bachelor of Business Management degree in Business Administration and Management, General, from the University of Phoenix, where they studied from 2008 to 2012.
