Dan Anderson

Dan Anderson is an accomplished leader in technical support and service engineering with extensive experience in the healthcare and aerospace industries. As the Head of Global Technical Support at Varian since February 2020, Dan oversees a multi-disciplined team focused on enhancing product performance and service delivery. Dan has held multiple senior executive roles at Varian, including Head of Global Field Service for Varian Proton Solutions and Senior Director of Service Engineering & Operations. Prior experience at Elekta included senior vice president positions overseeing product quality, global engineering, and service engineering for oncology solutions. Earlier in Dan's career, roles at Thales involved leading through-life support engineering and service solutions, while foundational experience was gained as a Chief Petty Officer Air Engineering Artificer in the 849 Naval Air Squadron. Dan Anderson holds a PgD in Integrated Vehicle Health Management from Cranfield University.
