Livia Freudl currently serves as Senior Vice President, Head of Human Resources. In this role, she oversees all operational and strategic human resources activities. Her responsibilities include talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, workforce analytics, employee experience, diversity & inclusion, and organizational development.
In 2019, Ms. Freudl assumed global responsibility for People and Leadership at Siemens Healthineers. Her responsibilities included HR strategy, talent acquisition, employee and leadership learning and development, performance management and placement, diversity & inclusion and organizational development. From 2018 to 2019, she was the Global HR Business partner for Control Products in the Operating Company Smart Infrastructure at Siemens AG. From 2014 to 2018, she acted as Country Head of Human Resources at Siemens WLL in Doha, Qatar. Following various positions at Siemens AG in Germany and China, she became Global Head of Corporate Programs for Talent Acquisition and Employee Development in 2012.
Ms. Freudl studied Economic Sciences at the University of Hohenheim, Germany, and completed her master’s degree in Business Administration, with a focus on International Management, Marketing and Psychology at the Catholic University of Eichstatt, Germany.
