Sagar Sonawane

Sagar Sonawane is a Software Engineering Manager and Technical Lead at Varian Medical Systems, where since September 2008, responsibilities have included developing the console interface for Linear Accelerator machines utilized in Radiation Therapy. Prior experiences include serving as a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in VC++, MFC, COM, ATL, DICOM, C#, and .NET within the oncology domain, as well as an Associate Consultant at Siemens Information Systems Ltd from March 2006 to August 2008, and a Software Engineer at Genesis Medical Systems Pvt. Ltd. from July 2004 to March 2006. Sagar holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Telecommunication from Vishwakarma Institute of Technology, Pune, completed in 2004.
