Ragnhild Lie

Ragnhild Lie has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Ragnhild is currently working at Variant as a Board Member, Senior Designer, and Marketing Manager since August 2021. Previously, they worked at RiksTV as a Senior User Experience Consultant from October 2021 to June 2022, and as a Senior UX Designer from October 2020 to September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Telia as a UX Designer for Telia from March 2019 to October 2020, and as a UX Designer for Get from June 2018 to February 2019. Ragnhild also worked at Alle Gutta as a UX Designer and Front-End Developer from June 2015 to May 2018. Furthermore, they had experience at Ko & Co as an Interaction Designer from October 2012 to June 2015, and as a Web Designer at Konsepthuset from August 2011 to October 2012. Ragnhild had a short role as a Designer at Annografen from May 2011 to July 2011. In addition, they worked as a Librarian and Student Assistant at Gjøvik University College from October 2010 to May 2011, and as a Store Employee at Eurosko from December 2004 to July 2010.

Ragnhild Lie began their education in 2003 at Åssiden vgs where they studied Medier og kommunikasjon. Ragnhild then went on to Høgskolen i Gjøvik / Gjøvik University College (HiG) from 2006 to 2007 for an Årsstudium in Medieproduksjon. In 2007, they enrolled at the University of Agder (UiA) and completed their Bachelor's degree in Multimediadesign- and technology in 2010. During the same year, Ragnhild attended Gjøvik University College (HiG) and obtained a Master of Science degree in Mediatechnology in 2011. Furthermore, in 2009, they participated in an exchange program at UNSW focusing on Multimedia. Lastly, Ragnhild pursued their higher education at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 2014 to 2023, where they earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Interaction Design.
