Thomas DeLuca (MBTI)

Thomas DeLuca has extensive experience in human resources and administration, spanning over three decades. Thomas is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Variantyx, a precision medicine company. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources for various companies including Zelis, AIG, and Quest Diagnostics Incorporated. Thomas also worked as an Independent Consultant for TJX Services, LLC and held leadership positions at Fortress Investment Group, Cendant Corporation, ProTeam/Genesis Direct Inc., and Selective Insurance Company. Throughout their career, Thomas has demonstrated expertise in strategic HR management, organizational integration, and leading HR efforts for large-scale operations.

Thomas DeLuca has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
