Cara O'Connor

Cara O'Connor has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Cara is currently the Director of Sales and Business Development at VARIO, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Encore from 2011 to 2022, starting as a Banquets and Catering Server before moving up to roles such as Sales Manager and Senior Director of Sales. Cara also has experience in the sustainable energy sector, having worked as a Workshop Coordinator at the California Center for Sustainable Energy from 2010 to 2011. In addition, they have previous experience as a Catering Office Assistant and Banquets and Catering Server at the University of San Diego from 2006 to 2010.

Cara O'Connor obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration/Finance from the University of San Diego in the period between 2006 and 2010. Prior to attending university, Cara O'Connor attended Steele Canyon High School.
