Rich Branson

Rich Branson has extensive work experience in various leadership and management roles. In 1995, they started their career as a Shift Supervisor at Varland Plating, where they worked for nine years. Rich then joined PACCAR in 2004 and served as a Production Supervisor and later as an Area Manager. In 2007, they became a Business Process Owner as part of the Mississippi Engine Plant Coordination Team. In 2008, they joined CNH Industrial, starting as a Fabrication Business Unit Manager and worked their way up to Operations Manager. Rich also held the position of Environment, Health, Safety and Energy Manager. In 2014, Branson returned to Varland Plating as a Facilities Manager-Plant Engineer and was later promoted to Vice President of Engineering in 2023.

From 1995 to 2000, Rich Branson attended the University of Cincinnati, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
