Pauli Forma

Pauli Forma is a highly experienced professional in the field of work ability and disability risk management, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Work Ability Services at Varma since June 2019. Forma also holds roles as a member of the Boardman Alumni Board and as an Adjunct Professor at both the University of Helsinki and the University of Turku, where a Doctor of Political Science in Social Policy was earned. Forma has previously held leadership positions at several organizations, including Director of Work Ability Services at Varma and Chief Data Officer at the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health, among others. Educational accomplishments include an Executive MBA from the Turku School of Economics and advanced degrees in Political Science from the University of Turku. Additional advisory roles include membership on the Board of Advisors of STUK and the Group of Scientific Experts for the Finnish Work Environment Fund.
