Shawn Lambacher

Shawn Lambacher has over 40 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Shawn began their career in 1978 as a Staff Consultant at Arthur Andersen & Co. Shawn then moved on to Owens Corning Fiberglas Corp in 1981, where they worked as a Senior Strategic Technical Analyst. In 1984, they became the Planning/Credit Manager at Owens Corning Fiberglas Corp, a position they held until 1988. Shawn then transitioned to Owens Corning Corp, where they served as the Strategic Development Manager from 1988 to 1992, and later as the Business Planning Manager from 1992 to 1996. In 1996, they joined Western Fiberglass (a division of Owens Corning Corp) as the General Manager. From 1997 to 1999, they held the role of Business Development Manager at Owens Corning Corp. Shawn is currently serving as the CFO and Secretary/Treasurer at Varo Engineers, Inc., a position they have held since 1999.
