Laramie Morris is a seasoned HR executive with extensive experience in talent development and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Development, Enterprise Engagement & Change at Varsity Brands since October 2022, Laramie previously held roles at BSN SPORTS as a Human Resources Business Partner and at Freeman Company as a Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner. Laramie's expertise includes executive coaching, strategic HR planning, change management, and performance optimization, with a focus on enhancing business unit performance and employee engagement. Laramie has also held leadership positions in talent management at Neiman Marcus Group and brings a strong background in project management and workforce planning. Laramie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of South Dakota.
