Manoj Kumar

Manoj Kumar currently serves as the Deputy Production Manager at Varun Beverages Limited, a position held since April 2023 at the Kota Green Field Plant. Prior to this role, Manoj worked as an Assistant Manager of Operations at Spinny from June 2022 to March 2023, and held several positions including Assistant Manager, Executive, and Graduate Engineering Trainee at VVF Group between September 2020 and May 2022. Manoj gained practical experience as a Summer Intern at the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati in May 2019. From 2016 to 2019, involvement with the National Cadet Corps included earning B and C certificates from the 2 Kar Engineering Company at NITK Surathakal. Additionally, Manoj completed industrial training at Kota Super Thermal Power Plant in May 2018. Educationally, Manoj obtained a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, graduating in 2020, after completing 11th and 12th grades at Central Academy Gudha Gorjika from 2013 to 2015.
