Navneet Sethi has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Navneet has held positions in various companies, including VARUN BEVERAGES LIMITED, PepsiCo, and Jagatjit Industries Ltd.

At VARUN BEVERAGES LIMITED, Navneet served as the General Manager-Production from January 2020 to December 2021. Navneet then transitioned to the role of Asstt.Vice President in January 2022.

Before joining VARUN BEVERAGES LIMITED, Navneet worked at PepsiCo for a significant period. Navneet started as an Assistant Manager Manufacturing in January 2003 and worked their way up to become a Senior Manager Supply Chain Operations - FOBO Ops. In this role, their responsibilities included managing a cluster of 11 Franchise plants in India and Bhutan. Navneet ensured quality in various dimensions, including food safety and trade quality.
