Sergey Nikonov

Sergey Nikonov is a highly motivated and results-driven professional with extensive experience in customer experience management and business development. Currently serving as CX Lab Lead at edna since August 2021, Sergey successfully built a customer experience management system and implemented standards that have decreased churn and reduced support calls. In addition, Sergey has been a Business Development Lead at Varwin since April 2020, working on custom solutions and a user-friendly content management platform. Previous roles include Business Development & Sales Manager at Continent Express and a series of positions in corporate banking at organizations such as PАО ФК Открытие and Пао Промсвязьбанк, where Sergey contributed to attracting significant corporate clients. Sergey holds a Bachelor's degree in Jurisprudence from Saint Petersburg State University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the Saint Petersburg State Forest Technical Academy.
