Ali Nelson is an experienced Group Fitness Instructor with a diverse background in fitness and wellness. Currently working at Chuze Fitness and VASA FITNESS since 2018, Ali specializes in Les Mills Body Pump, Body Combat, Barre, and Yoga. Previous roles include instructing Total Body Tone at Central Recreation Center and P90X and Body Sculpt at Prestige Fitness.
