Lauren Heyliger

Lauren Heyliger is an experienced fitness professional and business development specialist. Currently serving as a Group Fitness Instructor at Life Time Fitness and VASA FITNESS since 2023 and 2019 respectively, Lauren is also the Founder of IronFire F.I.T. since 2021, specializing in kettlebell training. Additional qualifications include certifications in group fitness, Schwinn indoor spin, TRX, Strong Nation, Studio Red (HIIT), and yoga. Alongside fitness endeavors, Lauren has been an Independent Stylist for J. Hilburn Men's Clothier since 2014 and has held various business development roles at Fusion Staffing and Executive Search Group, 5280 Solutions, Harvey Nash Group, Allegiance Telecom, and Oracle. Lauren holds a degree from the University of Arizona, completed in 1999.
