Cecilia Söderström

Cecilia Söderström is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Vasakronan AB. Cecilia has over 20 years of experience in the HR field, having started their career at Ericsson in 1987. In 2000, they became the HR manager at Casino Cosmopol, where they oversaw the growth of the company from 8 employees to 1400 in just five years. Cecilia then spent two years as the Personalchef at Svenska Spel AB before joining Vasakronan AB in 2008.

Cecilia Söderström earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Stockholm University. Cecilia then attended the Human Resources Executives Program at Handelshögskolan i Stockholm.

Their manager is Johanna Skogestig, CEO. They work with Christer Nerlich - SVP, CFO, Nicklas Walldan - SVP, Technology, Services & Development, and Christian Fredrixon - SVP, Chief Investment Officer.
