Marcin Konwa

Marcin Konwa has extensive experience in sales management and business development within the construction and architectural sectors. Currently serving as Kierownik sprzedaży at Vasco-Group since January 2020, Marcin focuses on key client relationships, coaching, acquiring new business partners, and collaborating with design offices and installers. Prior roles include Kordynator sprzedaży at Kronospan, where Marcin directed the sales department and motivated the sales team, and Regionalny Kierownik Sprzedaży at Oras Oy, overseeing the sales division and engaging with significant clients. Marcin's career began as Doradca techniczno-handlowy at Sanplast S.A. and Vinsar Sp.z o.o., where responsibilities included negotiating trade agreements and fostering business relations. Marcin holds a Master’s degree in Political Science with a specialization in Public Administration from Wyższa Szkoła Zarządzania i Psychologii w Poznaniu.
