Anisa Salahou

Social Media Chair Council Of Alana Seniors at Vassar College

Anisa Salahou is a dedicated student currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience and Behavior with a minor in Prison Studies at Vassar College, expected to graduate in May 2025. Anisa has held various leadership roles at Vassar, including President of the Muslim Student Association and Treasurer of the Black Students Union, while also serving as a VAST tutor and College Store Student Assistant. As a Student Organizing Intern at For The Many since January 2023, Anisa is actively involved in community organizing. Additionally, Anisa has gained experience as a Peer Leader Intern at Reach CNY and previously worked as a Retail Sales Associate at Men's Wearhouse. Anisa co-facilitated a course on race under Professor Taneisha N. Means, demonstrating a commitment to education and social justice.
