Michael Richmond has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Michael began their career in 1998 at EMC as EMEA GAM Financial Services and later joined NetApp as the Head of Channel and Alliances for UK & I. In 2002, they worked as NMEA Channel and Alliances Director at Fujitsu, followed by a role as New Business Development DM at HP in 2003. From 2004 to 2005, they served as a New Business Acquisition Manager at EMC. Richmond then joined Pillar Data Systems as NMEA Channel Director from 2005 to 2008. Michael had a long tenure at Dell EMC, starting in 2008 as EMEA Business Development Director and later served as Enterprise District Manager, Global Market Development Director, and ultimately as Director of Channel Sales for the UK & Ireland. Richmond then worked as EMEA Channel and Alliances Sales Director at RSA Security from 2017 to 2019. Most recently, they held the position of UK & I Sales Manager Partners, Channel, and Distribution at NVIDIA until 2023. Currently, they are working as the International Channel Director at VAST Data, where they are responsible for offering a new recognized architecture that delivers enterprise features, scalability, and unbeatable economics for all flash infrastructure.
From 2011 to 2013, Michael Richmond attended IMD Laussane (International Institute For Management Development) to study Global Leadership.
