Christine Cochran has a long and varied work experience. Starting in 2000, they served as a Surface Warfare Officer with the US Navy. In 2002, they took on roles as NSA LNO to PACOM J39/Navy Department Head, PACOM DNI Representative Action Officer, IW Readiness Officer/Force Diversity Officer, Information Warfare Planner, and SSO/OPs Officer. In 2014, they transitioned from the Navy and took on the role of Program Analyst at NAVY EXCHANGE SERVICE COMMAND (NEXCOM). In this role, they coordinated, assessed, distributed, trained, and advised Senior Vice Presidents and Directors on Command policies. Christine also served as the Assistant to the Diversity Director for the NEXCOM Enterprise and developed diversity training enterprise wide. In 2018, they joined AMK9 as a Deployment Program Manager and identified, coordinated, and managed all functions pertaining to the deployment of qualified personnel to CONUS and OCONUS locations. Currently, Christine is a Facility Security Officer (FSO) at VASTEC since 2021.

Christine Cochran has an education history that includes a Masters of Arts (M.A.) in Psychology-Conflict Resolution and Mediation from the University of the Rockies (2014-2016), a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Sociology/Criminal Justice from Old Dominion University (1997-1999), and an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Criminal Justice from Central Texas College (1994-1996).
