Annie Axelsson

Annie Axelsson is currently a PhD student at Högskolan i Skövde since October 2023. Concurrently, Annie serves as a Development Leader in the Digitalization Unit at Skaraborgs Sjukhus, where previous roles include being the Unit Manager for children and youth medical outpatient clinics in Skövde, Lidköping, and Mariestad, as well as managing the COVID-19 vaccination centers in Skövde and Lidköping. Annie also held a managerial position at the Wound Center at Skaraborgs Sjukhus. Prior to these roles, experience includes working as a district nurse at Tidaholms Kommun and as a licensed nurse in the emergency department at Skaraborgs Sjukhus. Annie's entrepreneurial background includes owning and operating a bridal and special occasion dress shop, Ateljé Annie. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University West and a Master's degree in District Nursing from the University of Skövde, along with studies at various other institutions.
