Martin Salas

Martin Salas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Martin started their career as a Technician at the Engineering and Infrastructure Department of Hospital Cordoba, where they worked on designing infrastructure and equipment for a Sterile Laundry Building. Martin then moved on to Priveta Neurology Institute Dr Bonomi, where they maintained networking systems and updated electroencephalography devices.

In 2013, Martin embarked on a research and development role at the Consejo Nacional de Investigaciones Científicas y Técnicas, focusing on the development of medical products related to tissue engineering. Martin also joined Tecme S.A. as a Quality Assurance and Safety Tests specialist, responsible for mechanical ventilator quality control and safety tests.

Continuing their journey, Martin joined Grupo Cuoris as a Technical and Business Consultant, providing consulting services for funding search, business models, and customer profiling. Martin then joined Cordoba Software - Secyt as a Machine Learning Developer and Team Leader, leading an Android team in creating a new measuring method for circulatory system parameters using applied machine learning models.

At Treato, Martin worked as a Big Data Python and Java Developer, improving the collection engine and making queries into HBase for a Medical Big Data Company. Later, they joined Vatrox as a Senior Software Engineer, focused on developing tools for Kubernetes on Go Lang, microservices, and working on e-commerce and logistics websites.

Simultaneously, Martin held the position of Technical Lead and Wso2 Developer at Vatrox, where they led system integration projects using brands like WSO2, Oracle, Java Spring Boot, Dropwizard, and Business Intelligence. Martin also provided courses on Service Bus and API Management development with WSO2 technology across Latam and worked with various industries, including insurance companies, banks, private software companies, and government agencies.

Overall, Martin Salas has a diverse skill set and experience in software engineering, machine learning, consulting, research and development, quality assurance, and infrastructure design.

Martin Salas obtained a degree in Biomedical Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Córdoba. Martin attended the university from 2007 to 2012, specializing in the field of Bioengineering.
