Ra Touch currently serves as Advisor and Head of Cyber Security at Vattanac Bank and has extensive experience in cybersecurity and IT infrastructure management. With over a decade at various organizations, Ra Touch has held key positions such as Acting Head of IT Infrastructure Department at Sathapana Bank and Cyber Security & Technology Risk Manager at J Trust Royal Bank. Ra Touch's responsibilities have included leading IT units, managing cybersecurity operations, and overseeing technology risk and compliance. Ra Touch is also an educator, instructing courses in cybersecurity and network engineering at Proseth Informatics Center and Sunrise Informatics. Ra Touch holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from the University of Puthisastra and an Associate's degree from Passerelles Numériques Cambodia.
