Gareth Haines

Gareth Haines is an experienced professional in the energy sector, currently serving as Delivery and Operations Manager at Vattenfall since April 2018, following a role as Principal Engineer. Prior experience includes positions at Western Power Distribution as a Primary System Design Engineer and Project Engineer, focusing on electricity generation and demand connections. At the Energy Technologies Institute, Gareth functioned as a Strategy Analyst, leading power market simulations and conducting resilience studies, while also managing strategy planning for innovative energy systems and procurement of consumer energy use projects.
