Bill Roy has a diverse work experience spanning from 1994 to the present. Bill began their career at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia, where they achieved significant sales success and was promoted to Director of Sales. Bill then moved on to BeBetter Networks, where they played a crucial role in building the sales and business strategy for a start-up HR platform company. After that, they co-founded Psichometrics International, a behavioral testing company, where they were responsible for sales, strategy, and global development. Following this, Roy joined First Advantage as Vice President of Sales, Major Accounts, and later Vice President Sales, South, where they led a sales team focused on providing cost-effective HR services. Bill then joined Ceridian as Vice President, Enterprise Account Management, where they successfully rebuilt and managed a team focused on delivering cloud-based HCM software and service solutions. Following these roles, Roy joined Stage One Screening as Chief Revenue Officer, where they played a key role in building a superior background and drug screening company. Currently, Roy serves as the President and Chief Revenue Officer at Vault Verify, a company that automates the employment and salary verification process. In this role, they co-founded the company and acts as an advisor, helping HR departments become more strategic, profitable, and compliant.
Bill Roy attended Bates College from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Business. Bill later enrolled at Harvard University from 1990 to 1991 to pursue further studies in Business, although the specific degree obtained is unknown.
